| h German (de) | Die zu entwickelnde modulare Software-Architektur ermöglicht auf der Basis vernetzter Visualisierungsstrukturen die Gestaltung generischer Interfaces zur interaktiven Darstellung und Analyse von Archivalien sowie von diskursiven und paradigmatischen Strukturen in mediografischen Archiv-Portalen. Die Grundlagen dieser modularen, ausbaufähigen Struktur, die in bestehende Online-Portale integriert werden kann, bieten neue Möglichkeiten der Kultur- und Wissensvermittlung insbesondere in Lehre und Forschung. Sie ermöglichen weiters auch innovative Formen der Wissenschaftskommunikation und die Entwicklung neuer Forschungsfragen, die ohne entsprechende Werkzeuge für digitale Archive nicht bearbeitbar wären. Die Entwicklung und Anwendung der Konzepte, Methoden und Werkzeuge erfolgt einerseits prototypisch am Beispiel des Radikalen Konstruktivismus und des Ernst von Glasersfeld Archivs, andererseits soll das modulare, computerunterstützte, visuelle Tool-Set in Gedächtnis-Institutionen im Kulturbereich nach Maßgabe der jeweiligen Vermittlungsinteressen und Zielsetzungen generell eingesetzt werden können. Insgesamt geht es im Projekt um die Schaffung der konzeptionellen, methodologischen und technischen Grundlagen für eine nachhaltige, zukunftsoffene Entwicklung und Anwendung von Visualisierungswerkzeugen für Archive und Sammlungen im Hinblick auf variable Nutzungsmöglichkeiten für die Forschung, die wissenschaftliche Bildung und für die Öffentlichkeit im Allgemeinen. |
| h English (en) | The foundations of this modular, expandable structure, which can be integrated into existing online portals, offer new opportunities for conveying culture and knowledge, especially in teaching and research. They also facilitate innovative forms of science communication and the development of new research questions that would not be workable without appropriate tools for digital archives. For one thing, the development and application of the concepts, methods and tools takes place prototypically on the example of the radical constructivism and the Ernst von Glasersfeld Archive. Then again, the modular, computer-aided, visual tool set can be used in public institutions (GLAM) in general. Overall, the project aims to provide the conceptual, methodological and technical foundations for a sustainable, future-oriented development and application of visualization tools for archives and collections with a view to variable uses for research, academic education and the general public. |
